Equipment and Maintenance Engineer for Field Service Work
Education and/or Experience
- 2-4 year EE/ME degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years Field Service experience
- Hands-on Experience with maintaining equipment inside a factory is a plus.
Position Summary:
- Perform Field Service Outsourcing contract including equipment maintenance work (daily and preventive), installation and start up, trouble shooting, warranty work, system update, CIP/BKM proliferation, local site support, and spare part installation/management.
- Experience with full installation, debugging, and start up of Semi equipment is a plus
- Familiar with all semi equipment parts, accessories, consumables, software, and various upgrades requirements, along with abilities to read equipment manual well
- Manages equipment maintenance workload, schedule, and customer requirements in the territory designated by the supervisor
- Effectively communicates trouble shooting info or fixing knowledge to next level of engineering support
- Provides timely feedback to factory personnel for equipment improvements and low downtime
- Reports daily activities to manager for accurate record-keeping, including closing service calls daily upon completion, and record any aobnomalities.
- Maintains personal Field Service inventory of spare parts and document all consumable parts effectively
- Returns unused and repaired materials with good record
- Orders replacements when working on a project or equipment
- Experience with semi equipment (such as CVD, , PVD, PE/CVD, Ashing, Sputter, Thermal, RF etch, RTP, CMP, Track, steppers, metrology, ATE, Testers, etc. ) plus robotics, material handling, EFEM systems, is a plus.
- Willing to travel and see the world is a must Acts as a field service outsourcing offerings advocate in all capacities at customer’s fab locations to help selling more field services work
