KEVIN NGUYEN - Founder, Chairman and President

Kevin has 25 years of extensive entrepreneurial experience in systems integration and internet technology, specializing in semiconductor IC design and manufacturing layout. He was the founder of a respected factory automation consulting service in Silicon Valley, and prior to starting out as an entrepreneur worked as a senior technical analyst for major US hi-tech firms including IBM, Honeywell and Boeing Computer Services. Kevin holds a BSIE from the University of Illinois and an MSIE from the University of Cincinnati.

CHI NGO - Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer

Chi has more than 30 years' experience in software development and outsourcing. Prior to joining Global CyberSoft, Chi was the General Director of the Saigon Software Development Company - a joint venture between Spacebel BA, IOIT and Saigon Postel - which provided cutting-edge e-business outsourcing solutions (B2B, eCommerce), manufacturing systems and telecom domains. He has also held posts of R&D Manager and New Technologies Department Manager at Spacebel Informatique in Belgium and was the founder of ACT. Chi holds a graduate degree in physics from the University of Liège.

CHRIS NGUYEN - Vice President, US Business Development

Chris oversees US-based customer accounts linked to Global CyberSoft's ICT services. He has more than twelve years' hands-on management experience in software development, overseeing various successful, large-scale projects in critical areas of B2B and CRM. In the three years prior to joining Global CyberSoft, Chris co-founded and managed a successful IT outsourcing company in Vietnam. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego.

GIANG NGUYEN - Executive Vice President, World-wide Sales

An executive with 20 years' experience in the global software and IT markets, Giang has an impressive marketing and business development record at both established and startup companies in France. Prior to joining Global CyberSoft, Giang helped found the software verification company Valiosys, where she was instrumental in defining the company's marketing strategy. Giang has also held key sales and customer support positions at lead firms Cadence Design Systems and Mentor Graphics. She holds a BSEE from Columbia University, an MSEE from Princeton University, and an MBA from INSEAD.

LUOM HA - Senior Vice President

Luom leads the Business Support Division and has close to 30 years of hands-on experience in energy engineering and computer science, both in Germany and Vietnam. Prior to joining Global CyberSoft, Luom was the co-founder and managing director of ASA, a successful Vietnamese outsourcing firm specializing in semiconductor factory automation and data communications. Prior to returning to Vietnam in 1985, Luom also worked for more than seven years as a senior engineer at PSP Ingenieur-Planung in Germany. He holds a degree in engineering from the University of Technology in Munich.

VUONG NGUYEN - Vice President

Vuong serves as head of Global CyberSoft's Sales and Marketing Support Dept. Before joining Global CyberSoft, Vuong worked in France as a sales representative and marketing manager for IBM products, as well as Office Automation Manager at Thomson France, defining software and hardware strategy solutions for office automation systems. In addition, he worked for six years as European IT Support Manager at the Information Technology Department of General Electric Medical Systems. In 1995, he returned to Vietnam and co-founded a software-outsourcing company providing innovative solutions to European customers. Vuong holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from Dauphine University in Paris.

PHUC LE - Vice President

Head of Global CyberSoft's Factory Automation Division, Phuc has over 10 years' experience developing and managing various embedded software applications, including parallel and distributed client/server applications and automation systems for the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Global CyberSoft, Phuc was a systems architecture engineer at ASA, a successful Vietnamese software and firmware outsourcing company. Phuc holds a degree in computer engineering from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

AN CAO - Vice President

As the ICT division leader, An has over 10 years' experience in firmware and software development, bringing a strong understanding of the complete development cycle, from initial requirements to analysis, design, implementation, testing, project management, and quality assurance and control. He has extensive experience in distributed object technologies, especially CORBA-based projects, semiconductor production, MES and EES systems integration, and SEMI communication protocol standards (for both 200mm and 300mm). Prior to joining Global CyberSoft, An was a team leader at Vietnamese software firm ASA. There he gained experience developing HDLC-based protocol analyzers, parallel object services and other components of CORBA/SCI middleware development projects. An earned his computer engineering degree from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

HONG NGUYEN - Vice President

Hong leads GTC's Testing Services Division and has more than 10 years' experiences developing a broad range of applications using multiple technologies and deployed over a range of platforms. A graduate of both Ho Chi Minh City Polytechnic University (Computer Engineering) and Hue University of Natural Sciences (Physics), Hong joined Global CyberSoft in 2000 after six successful years in the industry with Siemens Nixdorf and Techpie, gaining experience as a senior architect and technical lead. He has a detailed understanding of the semiconductor industry, particularly the Manufacturing Execution System, a critical system that ensures optimized operational production conditions. He has also worked as a senior consultant in Malaysia, Japan, Singapore and other Asian countries on key projects relating to logistics, e-business and integration of MES and ERP systems.

THANG VU - Vice President

Thang heads Global CyberSoft's EBS-ERP Business Solutions Division and is an expert manager of the complete software development cycle. He has extensive consulting experience in eCommerce, B2C, CRM, and ERP, including over eight years in business and enterprise applications development, and delivering custom solutions to local and international clients. Thang's expertise extends to designing large-scale enterprise software; he joined Global CyberSoft in 2002, initially overseeing the Business Automation Department of the ICT Division. Thang holds a PhD in mathematical modeling from the Moscow State Academy of Instrument Engineering and Informatics.

LY LAM - Vice President

Ly supervises matters of business development for the Embedded System Division, which specializes in mobile and consumer-embedded consumer products and automotive, real-time systems. With over twelve years' experience developing embedded firmware and software for telecommunications and real-time providers, Ly has a respected reputation. Prior to taking charge of the Embedded Systems Division, Ly worked as a senior manager at Global CyberSoft, overseeing the operation departments focusing on embedded software development and telecommunications services. Ly has an accomplished background in international business, contributing directly to projects in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Singapore, Switzerland, Japan, and the US. He holds an electronics engineering degree and received extensive software development training at Spacebel in Belgium, where in the late 1990s he worked on critical satellite control applications. Ly also holds an MBA in International Business and Management of Technology from the Asian Institute of Technology.

TOAN NGO - Vice President

Toan leads Global CyberSoft's Training and Quality Assurance Departments. With eleven-plus years' experience implementing complex projects, particularly those related to accounting, customer management and billing and database systems, he is an accomplished engineer and business advocate. Toan's concentrations include quality management, process development and test engineering. His specific areas of expertise include implementation and management of quality control systems based on the Capability Maturity Model (CMM/CMMI), ISO-9001/ISO-12207 requirements and the Rational Unified Process (RUP). He also implements Global CyberSoft's renowned training programs that ensure staff members are updated with the latest IT knowledge and skills. Toan holds a computer engineering degree from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
