Training Coordinator

 

Education and/or Experience

  • B.S., M.S. or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology (IT).
  • One year of experience in software development or training related activities.
  • Possess experience in course composing, teaching in English;
  • Possess experience in organizing classes, seminars…
  • Good at interpersonal skill;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Skilled and experienced in software development, software testing.
  • Experienced in software development and testing tools.
  • Skilled in programming in some of the following: C/C++, Java, XML, Java Script, AJAX, .NET
  • Fluent in English communication skills.
  • Self-Motivated, Ability to learn, problem solving.
  • Smart, diligent, careful, meticulous

Duties

  • Define training needs and training plans to achieve high technology in the world;
  • Sets up training strategies, training procedures, and training policies for the company;
  • Conducts training activities; Monitor and control the training execution based on the company-level training tactical plan and the training process
  • Manage Training Repository
  • Coordinates with training teams from inside and outside of in composing, delivering high quality courses
  • Work with external training providers
  • Plan and monitor entrance exams
